Sorry I haven't written in a long time I can't believe it's been almost a whole year since my last post. Well Football is going pretty well. I have been practicing with the varsity team all summer and it's been a lot of fun. Our Physical papers are due in about a week on August 5th. On August 9th Coach is going to give us our pads and were going to start having 2 a days. On the team I play a little Wide Receiver, a little Corner Back, But mostly Running Back- Mostly tailback and a little Fullback. The team is looking good and I think well have a good season.
I have been a playing tennis lately and I should probably include I played for my schools team and we won the PIAA District League Championship. PIAA stands for Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association. It is basically the NCAA of Pennsylvania High school sports. Our Football team has done pretty well in the PIAA league games in the past and hopefully we'll do well this season. BYE!!!!

Two 31 mile bike rides with my dad and his work buddies
In The last few weeks I did two thirty mile bike rides with my dad and three friends friends from work.
Bike Ride #1: This was my longest bike ride! This was the first bike ride in a few years I did that was over 15 miles. The last ride I did over 15 miles was with Grandpa Mike when I was about 9 or 10. The first three or so miles of this ride were really rough because the ground was very gravely and I was riding my road bike, not my mountain bike so the thin tires on the gravel didn't do so well. About 8 miles into the ride I got a flat in my rear wheel. That was really disappointing, and so Dad and I started walking back to the car. On our way back my Dad got a text from one of the guys we were riding with. he asked where we were and if we were ok. We told him about my flat tire and he told us he had an extra inner tube so he rode back to meet my dad and I. We replaced the inner tube However, we didn't have a pump. So we started asking people riding by and a nice couple had a pump and we finished with my tire. We then rode 7 miles up to valley forge. We took a little food break and then we were back on the rode. The ride back was going really well until we got to mile 29. I rode the last mile or so with a flat tire. We weren't so prepared for this trip.
Bike Ride #2: A couple days before this trip my dad got all the equipment we needed for this ride so we were prepared. He got each of us an emergency kit including patches, Allen Wrenches, inner tubes, and a little trunk to keep it all in. My dad also got us a little pump that attaches to his bike. This trip we started the trail off a little bit differently. we went a more hilly way to avoid the gravel. This trip was a little easier with out the flats. After our stop in valley forge we decided to take the gravely path back to the car instead off the hilly path. No Flats!
I hope to do more of these rides and I hope to start doing some more Geocaches.

Today's Run
Distance: 1.50 mi
Time: 12:35
Pace: 8:20 min/mi
Hi Everyone! I did a run today. I ran a mile and a half. I ran a 8:20 pace. I did slower then I did in the race yesterday, I think it's because I might still be a little tired from that run plus my baseball game earlier today (we won!). On Tuesday(Election Day! Obama will Win!!!) I don't have any school so I might try a 2 mile run and try to beat my time from yesterday.
My Baseball team is undefeated Today might have been our last game I'm not completely sure so I will find that out. BYE!!!
Yesterday's Race
Distance: 2.02 mi
Time: 16:36
Pace: 8:09 min/mi
Hi Everyone! Yesterday's race was really fun. I ran 2 miles and I went at a 8:09 pace. I ran the first mile in 7 minutes and 45 seconds. My dad came in first and beat me by about 3 minutes. I beat some of the college students.
After the race I went to my guitar lesson and that was really fun. I had the lesson with a friend of mine. He played Bass guitar, my teacher played drums, and I played Electric guitar. That was really fun. BYE!!!

Running
Hey Everyone, A week from today my dad, my mom, and I are going to run in a 2 mile race. I am really excited for that. I'll be able to post it one my Nike +.
I should have a Baseball game this weekend but It might be rained out so that's disappointing. Also I think we have have to forfeit tomorrow's game because a lot of our players have other commitments, and that's really sad because we are undefeated. I have to go give my dog a walk so BYE!!!

Season
Hey Everyone My baseball team is doing great! We are UNDEFEATED so far. I have been doing a lot of catching which is really fun. However, at the end of my last game my coach told me I might pitch my next game so hopefully that's true. My next game is this Sunday.
I have been playing a lot of guitar lately, and I finally saved up enough money and bought a Les Paul. The next day (day after I got les Paul) The son of the nurses who take care of my Grandpa in New York who is about 28 decided he didn't have time for guitar anymore. So, he gave me his Ibanez Artcore. It looks like Chuck berry's guitar only it has more of a sunburst. BYE!!!
